Through the lease-up process, it bacame evident that a great sense of pride and excitement in being a part of something special was being experienced by residents and reflected in both qualitative and quantitative exercises.  Direct statements such as, "The event that I attended made me proud that the apartment community I live in hosts such events" and "every night, I cannot wait to get home and enjoy the stunning rooftop and amenities" were plentiful, and many referred to the thoughtfulness that was reflected in the design and functionality of each aspect of the building, causing reactions such as, "I feel energized just by walking into the building".
