The video below provides a glimpse of the type of events and programming that have helped create an atmosphere that is unlike most in the world of multifamily communities.  This particular event was an event with the Secret Secret Shows -- who are a team of Seattle-based cultural tastemakers recently featured in the New York Times -- that maintain a coveted database of those seeking new and upcoming musical talent in cool places.  Part of the appeal of the Seattle Secret Shows is that no one knows where these musical events will happen until the day of the show -- and participants must purchase tickets well in advance.  This event resulted in over 300 people attending a very special evening in a way that allowed the building, its design, its functionality, and its community to truly shine.
